Comarch Partners With GATE Summit Oman 2026 As Platinum Partner

Muscat, Oman, Sep 17, 2026, ZEX PR WIRE — As Oman accelerates its transition towards a digital, real-time tax ecosystem through the Fawtara e-invoicing framework, Comarch brings extensive global expertise in electronic invoicing, tax compliance, ERP integration and Peppol-based digital document exchange to the  GATE Summit Oman ecosystem.

Comarch’s e-Invoicing platform is designed to help businesses manage evolving e-invoicing and tax reporting requirements across more than 60 countries, supporting integration with

government platforms, multiple invoice formats and ERP environments. Comarch is also a certified Peppol Access Point, enabling secure electronic document exchange across business and public sector networks.

Comarch and Oman’s Fawtara Journey

Comarch’s participation comes at a significant moment for Oman’s tax transformation. In September 2026, Comarch was recognized by the Oman Tax Authority (OTA) as a Pre-Approved Accredited Service Provider (ASP) for e-invoicing services in Oman, confirming its readiness to meet the technical, security and regulatory requirements of the Fawtara framework.

Oman’s Fawtara system is built around a Peppol-based five-corner architecture, connecting suppliers and buyers through accredited service providers while enabling the relevant tax data to be reported to the OTA. This represents a major shift from traditional invoice exchange towards standardized, secure and increasingly real-time digital tax processes.

Through its platform, Comarch aims to help organizations navigate this transition while connecting local compliance requirements with their broader finance and technology environments.

From Compliance to Connected Finance

For businesses, e-invoicing is increasingly becoming more than a tax compliance exercise. It has implications for ERP integration, data quality, accounts payable and receivable, audit readiness, working capital, automation and financial visibility.

Comarch’s platform supports integration with different ERP environments and invoice formats while providing validation, document exchange, archiving and compliance capabilities. Its global compliance approach is designed to help multinational organizations manage different regulatory requirements through a centralized platform.

This makes Comarch’s participation particularly relevant to the conversations taking place at GATE Summit Oman 2026, where senior finance, tax and technology leaders will explore how organizations can move beyond regulatory readiness towards more connected and efficient finance functions.

A Strategic Platform for Oman’s Tax Transformation

Under the theme “Beyond the Mandate – Architecting the Future of Frictionless Finance,” GATE Summit Oman 2026 will bring together CFOs, Heads of Tax, finance leaders, regulators, technology executives and digital transformation leaders to discuss the future of Oman’s tax and finance ecosystem.

Key discussions will include Fawtara implementation, e-invoicing and Peppol interoperability, ERP integration, AI and automation, real-time compliance and the strategic impact of digital tax transformation on finance functions.

Comarch’s role as a Platinum Partner adds an important technology and implementation perspective to these discussions, particularly as organizations across Oman prepare for the next stages of the Fawtara rollout.

GATE Summit Oman 2026 takes place on 24 September 2026 in Muscat, Oman.
